Do not ignore that kind of pain, it could be serious. I think it's better if you can have it checked immediately to know what's causing the pain. You can go to a chiropractor from thehealingbridge.ca to have some therapies and adjustments. With this treatment, you might be given a treatment plan to be better. Or it would depend on your chiropractor, just have it checked asap.
I would always remember what my chiropractor tells me that pain are indicators that something is wrong. Have you gone to a doctor? Don't ignore else, it could get worse. I remember when my doctor explained to me what has been going on with my spine. He uses this spine model (I believe it was from dynamicdiscdesigns.com, this is also where I got the models I use in my class) to make me understand as he discusses about the spine and my back. Anyway, going back to that pain on your lower back leading your legs to numb and turn cold, this is no longer normal. See a doctor immediately.
