I have an injury in lower back(thoracolumbar fascia, lowest part). I was lifting my friend in a bad from like a question mark ( ? ) . I pulled my back and it hurt for a good while , 2 years have passed there is no instense pain but whenever I do sports such as badminton or basketball I get a heavy feeling around lower back. I also workout at the gym doing sit ups and deadlift but I dont dare to go over 60-70 kg as my back feels sore at times. I dont feel like a 100 per cent healhty person and I really wish to go back to more active lifestyle. What do I have to do to let the soreness go away once and for all? Will I be like this for the rest of my life?;(

The best thing to do is consult with your doctor and he'll help you figure out what's wrong if it keeps bothering you after he prescribes you the antibiotics you need then you would probably need to go through surgery to fix the situation but you shouldn't work your body to the max try and put a limit on it it'll help you so the pain wouldn't be intense so rest and try not to lay the wrong way either
Lower back pain will occur from postural strain as a result of faulty sitting positions or long time work in one position like computer work. There are many medicine available like pain-o-soma, pro soma, etc. These tablets are much effective to relive from pain. You can buy it from All Chemist Store at effective prices with your doorstep delivery.
