It means at least one or more of those statements. I believe asking him why or to explain it would be considered annoying him.
You really need to learn what the words mean so you can ask a coherent question.
"Love" - does not apply. You apparently don't know what love is.
"What to do ..." you stop annoying him. (Gender has nothing to do with it.)
