Love - So this guy told my friends he likes me. But he never tells me?

Maybe he's shy or afraid of rejection. If you like him why not just ask him out? If you are afraid of being rejected maybe you could drop an obvious hint that you like him too and help boost his courage. You could say, "my friends told me that this guy likes me and I hope he knows that I like him too. It would be cool if he asked me out"
If he asks you who be honest. At some point one of you is going to have to make the next move. If you don't like him then I would just ask your friends to tell him that you are interested in someone else or not interested in dating or whatever is honest and conscious of his feelings. Or, if it's comfortable you can tell him you're not looking in a one on one conversation.-

Nothing. Just flirt back with him. Because he tells your friends and not you means he likes you. Derrrrrr!
