If she talks to you about it, it just means she wants you to listen and understand. And as long as it was the past you shouldn't get upset unless it's something serious.

We all have emotions and feelings. feelings tend to pass. I have sex related issues myself. if she endoured some kind of trama i wouldnt be mad with her. but be understanding of her situation if you really love her and want to stay with her. and in time she will let you know when she is ready.
