wow what a surprise, im going throught the EXACT same thing (but im his first gf), we havent kissed either, and we have been dating for a year. Now im starting to lose interest in him, (i dont feel that i love him anymore). So you should kiss him when the time is right, maybe when your alone together? It doesnt have to be a full pash session, sometimes a little peck is nice.
if you're on your own (maybe not the time you're going to kiss (if he says no then maybe..)), ask him (sort of in a cute tone) 'So...have you ever kissed anyone before me?' if he says yes, just say something to make sure he knows that you're cool with it. if he says no then maybe say something like, 'well do you want to kiss me?' but just make sure you're on your own to save any embarresment if something goes wrong/
