I have not slept with Dan. And its complicated bc my bf and I have the same internship and three of us have a 3 month lease on house starting in April.

Personally I would ignore the feelings for his frat brother. It would cause a big argument. You could just be honest to Fred and say that you feel like he isn't as committed as you and you feel like you may not have as many interests as each other but still want to be friends. If you still like Dan in a couple months time it may be easier to be with him. Just don't do the silly thing and sleep with Dan behind Fred's back. Be the better person. You haven't done anything wrong yet so keep it that way. Do what makes you happy but without hurting or upsetting anyone. x
