As a foreigner I am curious: is the name Dick offensive. I mean... we all know other meaning of this world.
The name Dick can be a nickname for someone named Richard, i'm not sure why though. If the person in question isn't called Richard then yes it's probably offensive.
well it depends on how it use who use it and their motivation in using but for me its useless to associate it with penis
In America it can be very offensive.
