I'm 5'3 27 yr old female. I started out at 191 7 months ago and now weigh 144. I see a weight loss clinic once a month how ever I'm unsure if this is healthy or only temporary or if I'm hurting my body from losing so much weight in this time frame. Or I could be wrong and this is normal and healthy. What do you think?

It's healthy. You didn't lose too much in too little time.
If you're aiming for the "perfect weight", its around 111-133 pounds with your height.
I wouldn't recommend going under 120 tho. That would be a really healthy weight. I wouldn't worry too much about it, by the way.
You are talking about two pounds a week, which is a lot but not dangerous. Fat is made of hydrogen and carbon, so it only comes out by converting to CO2 and water, and then it comes out through the lungs. That's why it takes so much puffing to lose weight. One third liter per lungful, one hour a day, comes to a pound per week. So you are doing better than average.
You should study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. For example just two slices of whole grain bread every day will help a lot in controlling weight, stopping intestinal gas, and preventing spider veins in your legs. Now it is a scientific fact that wheat bran does exactly two things: it absorbs water and takes up space. So it will take some studying to figure out what that has to do with spider veins in your legs.
There is a preparation that shrinks skin. I have no information about it, but if you ask around I'm sure you can find it. Always keep a bottle of "Pure Vitamin E Skin Beauty Oil" for all cuts and healings of any sort. Be sure it says "Pure".
Thanks so much for your comment! You sound very eduicated with nutrition. I only asked this question due to my breast going down cups sizes so fast which is making them not look like a 27yr old. Lol granit, I do have a 5 yr old and have always went up and down with my weight never past 10lbs until I delivered my child which was only 172 but walked out 160 and lost that weight quick. I gained almost 70lbs in little over a year time span due to depression which had me at 191 lbs. My weight was 125lbs but that was just too skinny for me, I looked frail and very unhealthy. I just want to be 135lb but now I'm afraid I've really messed my skin up and it's not tightening up, prob due to my constant up and down weight. :/
But thank you!
