I had a child last year and have rapidly lost a lot of weight coming into the new year. I originally was 94 lb. Before pregnancy and went up to 135 lb during pregnancy. After I had my child I started to lose weight very rapidly. I do eat but don't work out. I did breast feed my child but only for 2 months. Now I'm very low weight, I would say around 85-90 which is very unsettling to me as my friends and family say I look to be unhealthy / very skinny. I do have a high metabolism, but really want to gain back the weight I was after pregnancy which was 112 lbs.
I also do not do drugs or smoke. But do drink a lot of soda.
My height is 5'1
Someone please help! Advice or anything would be greatly appreciated.
