I watched this cartoon maybe 4 years ago, it was about 10 min long and outstandingly weird. It included a scene resembling Psycho with a black-haired girl in the bathroom. Also, the animator worked in some well-known company like Pixar or Disney and the name of the cartoon ended with "... world".

Google reports that youtube is uploading hours of flicks EVERY MINUTE. There are so many videos that a search for any random word you can think of turns up millions of links. There are so many flicks that even if you remember the exact name, it still can be difficult to find again. It reaches a point where you think maybe you should save EVERYTHING you watch, just in case you want to see it again.
