I've changed my diet two or three times in the past four to six months, I don't eat junk food nearly as much as I use to, I am eating healthy and exercising routinely, I've cut my portion sizes by half etc. I'm still not losing more weight. I had a period where I lost up to 50lbs but I haven't lost any significant weight in months, I feel like I'm destined to be fat forever.
Any real tips on how to break this weight loss weight loss plateau would be appreciate. I don't want diet pills or programs where they send your food in the mail.
Looked at the scale and I'm still not losing weight I'm stuck?
