If logged in to works wifi on my personal mobile can they track what I Google search exactly or will it just say used Google.
Also can they tell if I searched/clicked it or it just reloaded from home when I opened my browser up.

They can see exactly what you google search. Now there not necessarily going to look and see what you've searched, but remember to only use work stuff for stuff you're aloud to do. If you want to do something else do it at home on your own time or at lease use data on your phone.
