On May 17th my phone had somehow gotten a malware and I couldn't even turn on my phone without this message popping up. So on the 18th I took my phone down to metro and the guy told me he could probably fix it and to give him a couple of days. So a week later I went down there and he said he still hadn't fixed it. A couple more weeks went on and they finally gave me a loaner phone and sent me on my way. It's two months since they gave me this loaner phone and they have had my phone for over 90 days. 3 months....Still no call from the guy. Today the screen on the loaner phone got cracked. Will I have to pay for it? They gave me no case or screen protector for the phone and when they gave it to me I didn't sign any paper work for liability or anything ( Not sure if you have to ). They sell the phone for $130 dollars but you can get it for 49.99 if you wait 90 days for a upgrade..not sure if it matters though. I was just wondering if I will have to pay for it.
