I am a Dutch citizen living in the USA, my parents made our whole family immigrate when I was a minor. I have a green-card to live in the USA, and when I turned 18 I kept my Dutch citizenship/ passport -- now i'm looking to move back to the NL with my girlfriend whom is an American citizen. What should I do/ who should I talk to to get this process going??
