List four reasons why children in group care, like Education and Care services, are vulnerable to?

I think I can answer this question but what are they vulnerable to? If that is the question they are vulnerable to sicknesses, school shootings/criminals, mean people that can create depression or suicide (for older children) and I can't think of a fourth one
