My laptop wifi keeps losing it's connection to the internet, I am unsure why or how, as of writing this thinking back, the only changes to my laptop where a ram upgrade, but I don't see how adding a stick of ram could make the wifi lose internet connection. I have run the Lenovo hardware scan when the connection is lost to no avail. I can't think of any reason this could happen I am thinking maybe I should try and figure out what ram was added only because of right now it's my only lead, so I figured I would ask another tech what they think.I let my brother borrow my laptop while he worked to fix his own for payment of my helping him and leaving my laptop he gave me a new stick of ram but when I installed it didn't work at all so I gave it back to him that very night he managed to find a stick of ram that was able to pair up with mine, but I simply can't accept that it could be the problem I don 't really work on laptops I prefer desktops, I inherited my laptop when my wife passed away my brother has more experience working with them then I do but I am better with software and desktops then he is, but I just don't see how this can be the issue and would like to hear what other techs have to say about this thanks in advanced.
