So the teachers at school are telling other students bad stuff about me, as well as telling students to stay away from me in and out of school? Isn't this invading privacy?

So, as a teacher, I don't think they should be bad mouthing you. As for telling others to stay away from you, that's a tough one. They can't really force someone to stay away from you, but they can suggest to others to keep away. They also have a duty of care to students and if for some reason they feel as if this is safest for all people concerned, they will have to do this.
As well as splitting my classes up and specially my classes, just to get me to stay away from my friend
If it is just a rumour, then this teacher should not have said anything. Instead they should've asked for your side of the story first. I would go see the principal, better yet the teacher. This would show them maturity on your behalf. A few tips though, do it at lunch as it will show you are willing to give up your own time to fix this and be careful about how you do it. Don't answer back, but be calm about the way you talk and listen giving the teacher the time to talk. No matter how much you wish to interrupt. Be civil.
I went to the principal and he put her on "probation" and gave her a "written warning"
Good to hear. Just be aware around this teacher, you will probably notice they are quite standoffish towards you.
The teacher heard a rumor about me, then she told it to 3 classes publicly, I feel this is invading my privacy, I would like to know the privacy policy of schools before I consult the principal about this
