The mother of my child stays with her mom. The mother of my child does not like it when i come over to see my child n which she tells me this, but her mother likes me and always been the middle person for us and she always let me see my child no problem. The mother of my child owns no property and she does not own the house. I went to see my child one day when the child mother wasn't home. The mother of my child mom let me in the house to take my child away for couple hrs. We both agree i would return the child back to the house. So when the time came to return my child back to the house, my child mother was home and was up set with me. I knock on the door the mother of my child was outside fussing at me! I open the door put the child on the floor by the door and left. She claim and got charges against me saying i was breaking and entering and 2dregree trespassing, but i do have an witness of all of this on my side. I don't have an criminal record. This is my first time. Plus at the time we was going thru a child custody battle. Do i have a chance of winning and walking away scott free from this?
