Recently We Closed Our Pvt Ltd Company(Startup) Due To The Financial Problems, Now I Am Thinking To Join Other Company As A Normal Employee So What My Question Is , Is There Any Legal Issues If I Join Other Company ? Because I Was One Of The Director In My Company.
Suppose If I Get Job What I Should Tell Them(Other Company) About My Previous Experience.
