Laws - Question my grandmother who is still living and has 2 sons still living willed her house to?

... my unlce who is now passed and he in turn had it willed to his son now question is can my grandmother change the original will as to who inhearts the house or if she gets to where she has to go to a assistad living center can it be changed where the house can be sold to pay off all her debts
