I can last as long as I want with some women that I dated and others I feel like I have no control and it ends way before I wanted it to. To me the women that I have no control over feel very tight.
What can I do to give myself better control ?

it may be that you really don't have control no one likes it to come early but if you reframe from going to fast you have to refram basically talk your self out of finishing fast i think alot of it is if the girl you are dating is wonderful or beautiful thats where the fast response comes from meaning it would be planned so you have to separate those women from the actual task they like it better when a guy takes his time but sometimes the first one is kinda fast but the second one is is better keep your mind free of other things it will work
