I went to get my mail and my key didn't work. The lock was changed. I asked the building staff about it and they said they would look into it. Never got a new key. A neighbor told me my lock may have been changed because there were a bunch of mail box break ins recently. So presumably my mail was stolen and lock changed but I received no notification whatsoever! (they have my name, phone, email, so idk why) What are my rights here? Is this illegal?
