Which one is the correct answer & explain why. Thank you.

"Has cleaned" implies the action is completed. "Has been cleaning" implies the action is still going on.
You might say "Lama has been cleaning her room every morning. She's shopping right now." That illustrates the difference between continuous action and continual action.
Continuous means continuing all the time. A solid line is continuous.
Continual means continuing at appropriate times. A dashed line is continual.
Structure is correct either way.
Thank you so much Jewels!
I learnt something new today all because of you.
I appreciate your hard work. Thanks again and good luck!
One means the action of cleaning was done in the past and is completed.
One means the action of cleaning is currently still in progress.
It depends on which action you are trying to describe.
Lama cleaned her room all morning and was free to go shopping.
Lama has been cleaning her room all morning but took a break to go shopping. She'll finish cleaning when she returns.
Thank you, Mircat. I really appreciate the fact you answered. As just you responded to my question, hope your questions are answered as well.
Thank you, but I have a question
Isn't the sentence's structure wrong?
We use present perfect progressive when the action's duration is mentioned, right? and since the example said "since the morning" doesnt it mean the duration of it? Shouldn't it be (Lama has been cleaning her room since the morning) without the shopping part?
We could use another word like "in" (Lama has cleaned her room in the morning. She's shopping right now.) to make it all right?
