Kids - My 8 year old son destroyed school property and was suspended! I'm upset with him but don't?

He did apologize to his teacher and to the principal and he admitted why he did it... all because he knew progress reports were being sent home soon and he thought by cutting the cord to the computer his teacher couldn't print his out. He's having a hard time with math so we decided he couldn't go over to his grandmas until his math grade went up. That's why he did it!

well you have to ask him if he understands why he got in trouble defacing public property is agianst the law destroying public property he might start defacing property in its place ask him what he hoped to gain from destroying school property i agree that he has been punished enough for what he has done i would tell him what is going to happen if he does it agian make sure he knows what the end result is going to be if caught doing it agian
