I just meet this charming nice looking man on a dating website. So far he's everything I want on a man Funny,responsable,financially stable. But there's one small problem I'm falling for this guy. But he has all this girls trying to talk to him and he does not want a relationship or commitments. What can I do to catch he's eye set my self apart from the rest of the girls?????

First of all, have you guys met face to face, like talked to each other??? Because that's important. You should check if he has a webcam if you havent done so yet. Dont meet in public though. Not yet.
Also if you are falling for him, well if you guys have talked face to face (seeing that he is actually real) GO FOR IT!!!
Be brave and if he says no... then well he's not meant for you!

If yes, he would try to stop contacting with the girls and make an effort to tell you how much he wants you. He does not seem to be serious with you if he does not want to commit, sounds more like he is enjoying the attention he is getting from all of you. But if you really do like him, confess to him.
