I am 14 years old and am hoping to join the royal navy as a apprentice when I am 16 years old, I have also been going sea cadets since I was 10 years old to sorta get me ready for the royal navy / as a hobbie but the only problem is I am quite shy and quite, I normally try to avoid conversations all together. I'm thinking it was because when I was younger I had speech problems but that has cleared up now although I think it made me more self aware. Anyways my point is will I be able to fit into the royal navy and do the jobs which is needed to do when I am shy and quite? Thanks in advance.
