When I looked up the definition of the word Muslim this is what came up:
Mus·lim
[ˈməzləm, ˈmo͝ozləm]
NOUN
a follower of the religion of Islam.
ADJECTIVE
of or relating to the Muslims or their religion.
I have never heard of the term Muslim being used in any other form. But yes Jesus did submit himself to his father who is in Heaven. In the bible Jesus made it clearly know just who his father was.
“I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world. . . . I have made your name known to them and will make it known.”—JOHN 17:6, 26.
What It Means: Jesus made known God’s name by using it in his ministry. When Jesus read from the Scriptures, as he often did, he would have pronounced God’s personal name. (Luke 4:16-21) He taught his followers to pray: “Father, let your name be sanctified.”—Luke 11:2.
That name is Jehovah. Psalms 83:18 reads "May people know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth"
