I wear a full face of makeup almost everyday of my life. That includes concealer, contouring, highlight, lashes, ect. But the one thing I don’t wear is foundation. I am scared that’s it’ll break me out, and I’ll get acne. I have normal skin, so I don’t really get acne. But my sister does. She had my skin type, but then she started wearing foundation and began to have severe cystic acne. This was six years ago, and it still hasn’t gone away no matter what she does. I am scared that this will happen to me, what do I do?

You really need to learn the business. It is not reliable to get such important information from strangers on the internet. You should study some books about nutrition and search google.com to find what is known about skin conditions.
One thing you will learn is that almost nothing is known about acne. The cause is unknown, and the only known cure is to outgrow it. Blackheads are normal and natural. Every hair follicle puts out sebum to grease the hair shaft, even if it has no hair at the moment. When sebum hits air it turns black, and that is a blackhead. If the pore is covered by skin the sebum remains white and that is a whitehead. And on that we have an entire industry devoted to selling you products you don't need.
The only known reason for makeup is that women like makeup. It is not a class of drugs; that is to say it has no medicinal value to improve the condition of the skin or whatever the maker claims. It only changes the appearance, except a few products that are used to remove the other products. You can't claim to use makeup to attract a mate because men don't care. They like to look, but what they want is a friend. Here is a popular song about what men want. Makeup is not on the list.

I used to wear foundation around April last year and it caused a few spots but now i stick to concealers which i know wont make me breakout. You can also use other products like CC creams or BB creams even a tinted moisturiser. Some BB, CC creams have special things which helps prevent breakouts and helps clear blackheads.
