... piercing without a parent being present I know I would have to be 18+. But what if I’m a teen mom, would I still need my parent present to get a piercing?

Smells of troll, but I'll bite.
There is such a legal term called emancipation, which seems to permit a minor certain or full adult privileges provided conditions are fulfilled. These of course vary by country and state. Pregnancy may confer consent to health procedures, but I doubt body modification falls under that category; and besides, particular laws regarding piercings / tattoos might rely on age directly (as with drinking / driving) rather than consent. Not a lawyer though, I wouldn't know what's the exact phrasing and practical application.

Fyi, having had unprotected intercourse and given birth under the age of majority lend you no more credit in the eyes of society, nor do such aspirations as the one regarding which you inquire. This isn't juno. You don't know or consider how stupid decisions impact your life, you don't get to make stupid decisions.
