... they've reduced and aren't as severe, I still get them. Lately I've had more pain in my kidney area and it becomes excrutiating to walk if I need a wee. I get last minute sudden urges and am,most of the time, unable to hold my wee. My doctor has said it may be irritable bladder but I know that after tests from a long time ago (around 6 years) my kidneys worked 49% and 51% and one is scarred.. I was wondering, after increasing issues and more pain in that area, if anyone thinks they could have deteriorated? I have read I am currently at Stage 3 for my kidneys but I was just wondering... if this continues I will go and get scanned again :) thank you!

I am guessing. Magnesium deficiency is quite common among American teens and pre-teens. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
Your doctor never mentioned this because doctors have no training in nutrition.
Luckily my doctor is extremely helpful! I will try it, thank you :) xxx
