I was 32 when I started this, which is unusual and never smoked tobacco before. Occasionally smoked cannabis though (a few times it was mixed with tobacco). What I want to know is how much my risk of cancer and other deadly/serious illness has increased in this time? I'd like a response by someone who knows about these things, doctors, nurses or other specialists not just speculation or gut feelings from the public. I can speculate on my own.

heart disease breathing problems copd damageing the hairs in your lungs and nose cancers the copd is ireversable meaning you can't make it go away you get inhalers that open up your lungs so you can breath better also includes bronchitis emphsema and other medical issues its basically what copd causes you get lung infections as we all know colds viruses and what ever else pops up
So you think I could have gotten copd in such a small time? I mean I know of people who've smoked for 10 or more and don't have copd. I've only smoked for 7 months.
What kind of heart problems are those that you mentioned? I mean more specifically. What damage do you think 7 months of low intensity smoking could do to the heart and bloodflow to the heart's muscle.
