there are three syringes that move the robot, im trying to make small robots that can simply push the syringe to move the robot. ( With Programming) No lego, I was thinking using a microcontroller, ( a processor ) to use motors to push the syringe. Any instructions or any answers.

Why use something to push the syringe when you could just use it to push the arm?
The only reason to use a syringe is that you want to use air pressure to power the arm, and the air pump is too large to fit where you need it. If you were building an airplane you would not mess with that stuff, you would use little electric motors to move surfaces, one motor per surface. This process is called engineering.
