I've got a job offer which is not my preferred option?

I've got a second interview with my preferred company. Should I tell them that I have a got a job offer however I would much prefer to work with them?

you have to take a position that will take you up the ladder so you gain more insight into the dream job that you might want i would go with the job that you can give 100 percent  of your self to that job weigh them both out before making a decision
