Got a kid who thinks its funny to go around and do bad things online. I'm starting to think he's getting into the Dark Web, and looking at things he shouldn't be looking at. How could I possibly monitor what he is doing, with little to no experience in programming languages. I have a semi good understanding on how to access different parts of applications, and how people hide things, but this kid is well beyond me in my computer skills. Thoughts on how to have him better monitored? What should i do to direct him towards being a more ethical hacker?
