I'm really worried I'm never going to get my hair color back, and my natural, fresh and healthy hair back. My natural hair color is a dirty blonde/brown. I used the first time a blonde permanent hair dye and my hair turned ginger, so the next day I used a semi-permanent hair dye which is brown. I still fear my hair is slightly ginger but I regret ever dying my hair and just want my natural hair color back. Will this ever happen? Can I do anything to get rid of the dye without ruining my hair more?

The best thing to do is just wait. Your hair will grow, and when it does it will grow back to your natural colour. Also, try to give your new hair a chance. Once you've spent some time living with it and showing it off you may find you quite like your new colour, and that it isn't really that awful after all. Remember - there's nothing wrong with being ginger anyway and it's only going to be you that notices, so don't freak out about it!
If you really decide you don't like it even after you've had it for a while, you could try dying it again but with henna, which doesn't damage your hair unlike chemical dyes. Alternatively, if you are willing to let it grow out a bit, you could get your hair cut short so that only your natural colour shows.
Hope I helped,
Matt
There is nothing but to learn a few things. Dye means you add color, which means you go to a darker shade. Removing color is called bleach, and the result is not always predictable. So any change to hair color is taking a chance. One thing you really DON'T want is to go from a color you don't like to an unpredictable color.
You can either get professional help, or let it grow out. Hair grows about 1/2" per month.
