there is only 2 of us working for him, also we never got no money for the week we had off at Christmas, we are getting paid by cash at the moment and when we get paid he says he has to talk to his accountant go put us on a payroll, i'm really worried and don't know what to do.

Thank you, he does work in the office with us but is out a lot of the time finding properties, I don't really want to go back to sighing on (I don't think they would pay me either if I quit) but I am applying for other jobs, I feel i'm stuck in the middle.
