Ive been non stop scratching most of my body and I got red spots. Does anyone know what it is?

is it like bumps at all it could be scabies or shingles it could also be bed bug bites but it sounds alot like scabies to me i would go see a dr about it shingles hurt so you didn't say anything about hurting just itching so that could also be a allergic reaction to something your using have you used anything new that you haven't used before?soap laundry soap perfume fragranced stuff they say sometimes something you have been using for a long time and kinda all of a sudden causes itchy skin that hasn't caused any issue but all of a sudden it does
