... therapy but it hasn't really worked, basically my elbow pops pretty loud about every 5 or 10 minutes when I extend it upwards or horizontally and it hurts my elbow feels "weak" afterwards like when I straighten it there's like restriction slightly sometimes when it cracks the first time my elbow feel like dead and straightening it hurts and once the elbow has cracked a lot of times my elbow gets tight and swells up on the back side (pinky finger side around the little crease) and in the inside of the elbow deep. I play basketball and it's really a pain and hurts pretty bad every time I shoot to give you a better example I'll be shooting fine my arm is alright then I straighten my arm it pops loud and hurts my elbow feels weak and my shots will be short to the basket every time I shoot after that and the popping and pain will continue on even when I come home. It hasn't swelled up in a while since physical therapy but the cracking and my elbow feeling weak after continued its a real problem since basketball season is starting soon and I'm trying to be a catch and shooter. At first I thought it was tennis eIbow then the ortho said tendinitis, I got an X-ray but nothing was wrong with the bone, my fingers haven't gotten numb, but my elbow kinda does feel a little numb when it cracks. I've tried resting, ice and heating it but even then it cracks and hurts and swells I don't have to be doing something physically demanding if I just straighten my arm and it pops it starts. Sorry for the length but I've looked over the web and none of the descriptions are really like mine
