Ive been eating healthy and working out for two weeks but havent lost any weight what to do now?

I would recommend using an app or website such as myfitnesspal or caloriecount to get a basic estimate as to how many calories you are consuming vs. burning each day. It is also possible that the exercises you are doing may be causing you to gain muscle in addition to burning fat, which would cause your weight to not reduce, even though you may be losing fat. Also, it has been shown that your weight can fluctuate by up to 2 pounds throughout the day, so it may be possible that that is why as well. Two weeks is not long enough to be concerned about not yet seeing results, so keep up the good work and I'm sure you will start to see results soon!
