... But every time I sit on the bus and subway seat, my knees collide with front row seat backrest, and it's causing extreme pain in my knees. Several times each day I am forced to use public transport Services. Is there a way to reduce the height (as much as 2 to 3 cm) with Heavy exercise? I feel that if my legs were about two inches shorter, I didn't have this problem!!!

The only way to reduce the length of the thigh bone in a young, healthy person is through SURGERY, a very expensive, very painful surgery during which they saw out a section of the bone and fasten the ends with metal screws. They could very well cut the femoral artery, which could cause you to bleed to death on the table. This type of surgery is elective (as in medically unnecessary), so no insurance will cover it, and I'm guessing you don't have the money to pay for it since you ride the bus. You'll also be laid up and in extreme pain for a month, at least!
My advice: Sit sideways, or stay standing.
