Iv got a fixed penalty from the police but it aint on there system can I get away not paying?

well if you go in front of a judge this could help you i don't know the reason why you would have gotten that from a police officer i don't think your going to beable to get out of it the computer will update its registry then it might appear but if your not responsible i would go in front of a judge let him decide
