i am working in project in Saudi for built stadium , so we have 6 cranes that cranes its already grounded , shall we need lighting strike to avoid any injuries for our employees

Just a guess, but as long as the crane is grounded and there is some sort of insulation between the worker(s) and the crane it should be safe. However if you have thunderstorms in the area its very possible and likely you will have higher wind speeds that will prevent use of the cranes anyways.
