So I have Xfinity (comcast) as an ISP, and I'm using the Modem they gave me. The firmware is easy enough to use and configure, but I've been running into a problem as of late. Every 1-2 hours during gaming or hosting for friends my port list in the modem will randomly wipe itself. The only way to fix it after it has done this is to reset it, but having to do that so often is getting to be a pain. Any ideas what I could do to avoid it? And would this problem even be solved by buying a different modem?
