Is Welsh spoken in England (Bognor Regis)?

Yes... by welsh people living in England and by English people who took the time and effort to learn the language. While Bognor is very English it would not surprise me in the slightest if some people living there spoke welsh. In fact I would be far more surprised if there weren't.
