I had a dream where I was in a white room and I couldn't move, but I knew it was a dream. I tried to move my hands and feet but I couldn't until I jerked one of my hands really hard and woke up instantly with my hand actually jerking towards my shelf where it hit it. I heard that sleep paralysis is when you are awake and can't move, but will this be considered sleep paralysis? I had this dream a few times and how do I prevent it?
Is this sleep paralysis?

As the true psychic ability is known to some simply get the visit of the subconscious waking and stirring. Age is the question I need answered.
I am full psychic and dreams are my mentor to my own reality. The ethereal conscious thinking mind was always active within Nikola Tesla and Einstein.
Your desire to turn this off is hard for me to fathom.
To lack the desire to open your mind is almost wrong.
Start another question directed to include doug in the sentence, conversational condition of course, a spare word.
Then I will see it.
