You don't give enough information to support any answer. Cravings for food are not understood well, except that a craving for sweets tends to indicate not enough protein in the diet. There is nothing but for you to study some books about nutrition and see what you can learn. The first thing you need to learn is that nutrition is not diet. Diet is the study of what foods you should swallow. Nutrition is the study of what happens to foods after you swallow them.

BTW The concept of "breakfast foods" and "dinner foods" is the result of advertising campaigns. Americans think orange juice is a breakfast drink, but French think it is an afternoon drink.
