I've been having migraine for over 10 years now. But lately it's more of a cold feverish feeling, with frontal headache. The headache didn't seem as troublesome, but the feeling of your body shutting down, waves of vibration/sensation shooting through your body that triggers the pain in your head, and you are not sure if you are dead of alive anymore really scares me.

It depends. This time it lasted 3 days. But sometimes one or two episodes can happen within 30 days. When it's really bad I take Tylenol, and it usually goes away. but this time it didn't, so I just slept a lot.
