Yes it is, ask any question and many people will give you their opinions on their questions which you can decide on.

It's fair and you don't have to put up with the crap from the yahoo Q&Ans team on YaHoos Q&A site when they disagree with your opinion & get "violations"or suspended cause the ***** do not like your ans.I got suspended for quoting a Bible verse they didn't like.couldn't believe their crap. If you say negative about Obams,muslims,or the JW's & gay lifestyle they censor and suspend your acct ignoring that they are going against our constitution.they prob are muslim dykes for what they attack.say gays getting married is sin and they get all kinds of upset & strongly attack you calling the Bible a "hate msg". I've seen none of that bull here.You can give your opinion fine.others can disagree or agree without the crap you are forced to put up with on the other site making great numbers of folks angry hoping yahoo will fire them for a new team who don't attack your beliefs. You probably will like it if used within reason.
