no, the only legal way you can kill somebody is if you are in the military or if the person has assaulted you on your own property

yeah their is a thing but im not sure where. for example. in the old times people who do fight to the death does jousting in medevil times, fencing sword battles at france for fame and the people let it happen thier was nothing like police at the time so i think is ok , a samurai fighting another for rank and power and hisrory in japan, and american boxing. maybe antarctica because idont think they have a law in that place but a treaty. you could do fight to the death in video games its more fun and safe.
